I have been practicing mindfulness yoga and meditation for more than 15 years. I received my RYT200 certification in India and have been teaching since 2015. My work is a blend of classical yoga as documented by Patanjali and the mindfulness teachings of Buddhism. I work with all age groups and with people with disabilities.
