Brittany Boyer
M.Ed., PATGC., C.C.C.
Brittany completed her counselling education at the University of Lethbridge in 2011 and has since worked in a variety of health and wellness support roles. She has provided counselling services to Coast Salish communities and more recently in private practice settings.
She approaches counselling from an integrative lens, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Her approach is collaborative, compassion-focused, heart-centered, and trauma-informed, placing emphasis on the whole person rather than pathology alone.
Brittany draws on humanistic, psycho-spiritual, and somatic/body-centered therapeutic approaches, while remaining informed by her own healing journey. She supports clients with unpacking patterns of self-abandonment, navigating anxiety and fear, cultivating curiosity about emotions, connecting with body wisdom, developing self-compassion, and embracing their true essence.
